Alta Vista

This project was a true collaboration from start to finish.
A full second floor was added to the home, and the main level was completely reimagined to create an open, family-friendly space perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.

The custom kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious island with ample storage and seating, a wine fridge, and a utility sink. Warm painted shaker cabinets beautifully complement the oak island, while a custom pantry with vintage-inspired hardware adds character and functionality.

In the powder room, timeless details such as classic wainscoting, patterned wallpaper, and a frosted glass door add privacy and charm.

A statement pendant light was carefully selected to echo the rich wood tones of the stair railing, tying the space together.

The primary ensuite offers a spa-like retreat with a custom double vanity, generous storage, and a freestanding tub paired with a sleek floor-mounted filler. A spacious walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead completes this luxurious escape.

For the kids, a Jack and Jill bathroom combines practicality with style. It includes a custom vanity, a concrete trough sink for a modern edge, and a separate enclosure for the toilet and shower—making it convenient for shared use. A playful blue accent tile adds a pop of personality and coordinates beautifully with the vanity wall.
